my first tutubi (dragonfly) shot! yay! we went to Botanical gardens for an ocular for a planned field trip. the closest that i can get because one more step and i will definitely fall on the pond! :D this cute creature reminds me most of my childhood memories as i used to chase and catch this tutubing kalabaw and tutubing karayom (really getting old! :D).

Sky Watch day is my favourite day of the week! it's the day for me to visit wonderful skies around the world!

it's the start of the holy week. most of the people i know (hi Reena!) will take their time off and spend quality time with their families and/or friends. since i obviously won't have my time off and won't be spending it with my family, i'll take the opportunity and time to reflect. it's funny how my colleagues are expecting me to join clubbing with them on Thursday night since Good Friday is a public holiday. they are not expecting me to refuse the invite and i told them i will just be staying home during the long weekend. i know i don't look the part but this is what i have grown to...staying at home and reflecting during this time. i wonder where are you all going to???

i am kind of missing my moon shots. i'm glad i was able to capture one tonight and posted it for Sky Watch. sky is pitch dark and few stars are seen. enjoy the moon! have a happy weekend everyone!

yes, i was back here some three weeks ago. but this was taken last january :D. i had to do a little bit of researching before i decided to post this. pardon the blurriness of the shot. was trying to do long exposure, hand-held. was too kuripot to buy tripod. and yes, there's tooth relic at the temple :D (please don't ask me for pictures, i didn't look for it :D)

The Buddha Tooth Relic Temple was founded in 2002 by Venerable Shi Fa Zhao. It is dedicated to the Maitreya Buddha and houses the tooth relic of the Sakyamuni Buddha. for more information check here.
