Koh Phi Phi, Thailand, November 2011

this was the view from the balcony where i stayed for my most awaited holiday. i went to Koh Phi Phi in Thailand! stayed for three days and the best part....i traveled all by myself! one to tick off my list of things i would love to do. i'm way behind posting photos but i'll try and update this one soon. and i came back crispy as lechon! way too burnt from staying under the sun for two and a half days. :D

taken almost last april when we went to Mt. Faber. ended up staying until early evening to try night shooting/ long exposure :)

continuation of my last post. this time around what caught my eyes in and out of the temple.

please pardon the order of the photos. i'm having a difficult time arranging and re-arranging them. ggrrr! am not so used to posting more than one photo :D. and also pardon my lack of posts, i'm still juggling between work and personal stuffs.

it's been a very exhausting and tiring week. my close girlfriend is in town for a vacation and she's staying with me, at the same time, i have so many things to do at work and it's been a while since i've juggled work and personal stuff. good thing i've got a long weekend as i know i deserve it. i really need to recuperate and reflect on some stuff. btw, the photo above was taken last Sunday when after picking my friend from the airport we just decided to go to straight to Youth Olympic Park to stroll. had to make do with what i have since i didn't bring my big boy :D. time for more amazing skies at Sky Watch! happy weekend and Happy Easter too! :)

remember the "dead trees" from my previous post? i forgot that i did a fake lomo photo with it using eleanor. i took this photo last feb on a sunny day. kinda looks creepy right?! it's like from a horror movie. but i'm loving this! :D btw, i still haven't had the chance to walk near these trees as it has been raining the past few weeks here. maybe some other time :D

this is my favourite photo from this surfer. i know i've been slacking posting photos of my la union vacation. i've been rather busy at work and i don't have much time sorting them out. will try to do my best to wrap this one up soon :D

i maxed my zoom lens here as i was about 100 metres away  from the surfers. this was taken at about 7.30 in the morning. no breakfast nor coffee. went straight outside from our room when we have noticed the big waves and the surfers as well. we were watching for more than an hour. i was really in awe watching them that my friend left me to have his breakfast. so much for me having fun watching! :D

am not sure if this would pass as a panning shot. but i love how the waves are blurred and the rest of the background. still sorting my fave shots from San Juan, La Union.

i took this in a rush as my friend was in a rush to go to the botanical park. there was also a mass when we went to the cathedral. i feel like i'm in a rush to finish everything (paper works, personal stuffs, etc.) and this somehow reminds me to take it slow, because everything will fall into it's proper place :)

i'm dreading for this week as i will be taking first aid course for six working days. night classes for 3 hours! aside from that, we will be having exams as well before we would get our certificate. i couldn't believe the crazy schedules i'm having ever since the start of the year! i definitely need a break very soon!

it's still taking me quite sometime to post photos from last year's holiday. it's a hectic and crazy start for me. i'm still trying my very best to juggle things around. i have tons of these to share. please bear with me. stayed in san juan for two days since i really don't have that much time to spend away from everyone. i went here with my friend, Alambre. and no, i dared not to try surfing! :D
